PAPA RELLENA

Undoubtedly Peru has a privileged gastronomy and it has become

known worldwide for some time, that is why today I want to share







Here we leave you the recipe

 

Ingredients: 6 servings

1 kg of parboiled white potatoes

1/2 kg of ground beef

1/2 cup onion, minced

1 tablespoon minced garlic

4 tablespoons chopped black raisins

1/4 of cup of chopped black olives

Chopped parsley

2 eggs boiled and chopped

2 tablespoons flour

Salt, pepper, cumin and oil



Preparation

In a frying pan with oil over medium heat, brown the onion and garlic for

Add the ground beef and cook for eight more minutes.

We add the parsley, raisins, olives and eggs.

Mix, remove from heat and let it rest.

Peel and prepare the boiled potatoes while they are hot, season with salt and mix in a bowl 

with the flour, let them cool.

We divide the potato dough into six portions and flatten with our hands, place two tablespoons

 of filling in the center and close it, giving it an oval shape when the daddy is formed. Eat flour

 your hands or a cloth with oil.

Heat the oil over medium heat and brown the potatoes on each side.

Serve accompanied with Creole sauce.

USUALLY AT BREAKFAST I HAVE A PAPAYA JUICE

ACCOMPANIED WITH COOKIES, AFTER A FEW

HOURS A FRUIT ACCOMPANIED BY A GLASS OF WATER


for lunch I have vegetable soup with chicken,accompanied by a glass of soda




FOR THE EVENING I HAVE A RATE OF QUAQUER WITH MILK AND WHOLE COOKIES
